Ability To Edit CRM System Settings When Support Elevated As A Customer

When support elevated into a customers profile currently we don't have access to the system settings, cog on the bottom of the left nav bar. I think it would be valuable for 1st and 2nd line support to have access to these setting as it could help solve customer problems and help customise the system for customers.
