I think that introducing a feature in the CRM on problem records where you could associate a problem to other problems. This could be past problems which have similar issues or maybe problems which need to be done together.
I came up with this idea because I had a problem which was very rare. During my notes I referenced back to an old ticket. It would be good if there was an option to write down a list of similar problems which you could then have quick access too.
This can be ignored. Emily informed me that the related page already exists on problems.
