It has been suggested that it would be useful to get an email each day to remind customers of their upcoming recalls. And the recalls they have coming up in the next couple of days. This would be useful as an email for when CRM users are out of the office.
It would be useful to have the system send an automatic email first thing in the morning with your recalls that have been set for that day, as well as a selection of overdue ones (i.e. top 10 most recent overdue recalls). This would be helpful for salespeople to plan their day instead of having keep checking their task list.
