A customer would like to see the manual notify option available within the web UI as they did find this useful when multiple users need to be aware of a particular note being added to the CRM.
The CRM has been updated to include a share button on all data records. We will be rolling this out to customers over the next few weeks.
Please bring back - a useful tool that is greatly missed !

We really need this option added back to the system. How can you advise a member of the team that you have spoken to their customer without wanting to set them a recall. It is a necessity to the system not a suggestion.
As you know this was something that was available on the last system. This is a very useful tool and is very much missed with the new system.
