Telemarketing Option

A customer would like to start using the CRM to generate Telemarketing lists of contacts. They like teh way that Campaign Activities can track which leads have been generated from that calling. However, they said it would be useful for the target contact list to remove those that have been contacted & mark whether it was successful or not. Very similar to the old style calling list. Something to potentially look at doing in the future,
