A customer would like to be able to add more than one sort to a report. E.g. have a Primary sort – “Due date”asc ( latest last) & a Secondary sort – “Order No” asc.
This functionality already exists. Although we appreciate the feedback because, it's clearly not as obvious as our developers thought it was. So many people seem not to realise this exists that we need to make it more obvious... but if you need this feature in the meantime, this is how you do it:
Sort by your first column (click on the column header), then hold down the CTRL key, and click your additional columns for a second, and third (however many you need) sort.
P.s. Other products also sort multi-columns in a similar way, perhaps mostly in windows apps, so this is a technique worth remembering. But, we'll log a separate enhancement to make this feature easier to find!
