The document migration we carry out for test drives shows us a list of all documents which have failed. However, a customer had a number of documents in V6 which never saved and consequently did not get migrated. Is it possible to get a list of all the documents which have not saved in V6 correctly so we can provide this to the customer?
We should definitely distinguish "no document to migrate" from "failed to migrate document" - they are very different fails. Generating a list might be useful to avoid future support calls/complaints.
Also, in testing with other customers i recall issues where things like PDF's document templates generated a "fail" because the search and replace fields couldn't be converted. I know these two processes are different but they could both be tidied up/clarified to speed up migrations and give customers more confidence.
