V6 customers liked the Urgent Notes functionality & would like to see this in the web UI. The urgent notes would be put on at division or contact level & would pop-up when a record is opened.
The CRM has been updated to allow division notes to be tagged as "Urgent". Depending on system settings, those urgent notes can display as a banner or a popup on the division and its sub-records We will be rolling this out to customers over the next few weeks.
