Allow B2C record creation through Basic Data Import

It has been requested that it would be useful if the Basic Data Import also supported B2C contacts rather than just B2B records. Although our customers' customers are mostly B2B, they often engage in B2C marketing after exhibitions and when individuals sign up to newsletters etc. so it would be a useful addition to include this
