'Recalls I Set' report

It would be useful to have a report that shows 'Recalls I Set' which shows any recall that you set for another user that has not been actioned since that recall you set so that you can ensure that actions are being completed

I don't believe I would be able to create this report myself using the report builder but think it would be a good one to include as part of the core solution/reports
