Products not bought in the last year report

It would be very useful to have a report to show any products that have not been bought in the last year. This isn't currently possible/easy to do using the standard entities in the report builder so we should consider how this could be possible and best achieved to add as a core stock-aware feature.

It could also be a useful feature to be able to see this by division i.e. who bought this product last year but not this year (but showing it on a multi-product view)

It would almost be useful to do similar reports to the increasing/decreasing revenue, customers not ordered in a year but reporting on product sales instead.
