You can't create your own folders or groups, but over various release iterations there are now a number of report groups that exist (marketing, sales, product, service etc)... and you can also now move a report from one group to another. You'd need to open the report, Save As, and choose the new group. You'd then need to delete the original report from the original group.
That's not entirely straight forwards, and you can't yet create folders so I'm leaving this request open... just thought that advice/workaround might help some users.
It would be nice to be able to group reports together in "folders" under the Share Reports section, my company has 30+ reports in that section so being able to group them by type/area would be useful.
