In Version 6, so not to clog up the Users recall list with Telesales Calls, users for regions of the country were setup and these telesales recalls were recalled to them. Custom report were then written for the telesales call lists.
In 365 all of this works, except now when booking the next call, the recall users is updated to the user who is setting the recall.
This is throwing the users as they are use to just resetting the date and are sometimes not catching the user name change. Plus when they do the process is now taking slightly longer.
