In version 6, when you created a problem from an Equipment Item, the serial number from that Equipment Item would populate automatically from the Equipment Item onto the Problem rercord.
We should replicate this functionality into Prospect 365 to reduce the amount of time it takes for users to create problems under Equipment Items
