Notification for Edited Notes in Activity Feed

Something that I thought of while prepping for a Spotlight Feature Webinar - if and when someone edits a note in the Notepad/Activity Feed, it would be good for it to have a little notification next to it saying "Edited" or something to indicate when something has changed. I think we are able to see in the database if something has been edited and what the new note is, but users can't do this themselves, or at least see if something was edited by a user. Could be an important if there is an internal discrepancy.
