ESSENTIAL required Index on salestrans.transactiondate

This field was added clearly for a single search across all dates (invoice, delivery, order) but has no index. It needs one. It will be heavily used by customers and in PowerBI for filtering data sets. At the moment this is crazy innefieicnt on even modest datasets never mind the likes of vGroup
