Filter pipeline list when creating Lead Quote mashup

Currently when you create a Lead Quote mashup, you get to select a Pipeline from the dropdown and this shows all pipelines that are configured.

However, to be able to confirm a Lead Quote mashup into the accounting system, you have to select the relevant Status in that pipeline which is set to confirm orders upon selecting that status 

Not all pipelines have a status set for the 'Confirm Orders At Status' and instead have 'Do not automatically confirm orders' set for those pipelines. If you therefore set a pipeline which doesn't have a 'Confirm Orders At Status' selected, there is actually no way of confirming the quote.

Either we should add a 'Confirm' button for these pipelines, or alternatively we could filter the list of pipelines when creating a Lead Quote mashup to just those that do have a 'Confirm Orders At Status' set.

Another option could be to allow all pipelines to be selected but at least have a message come up saying that you won't be able to confirm orders if you select this pipeline.
