In demonstrating the process of creating a word quote document and then sending as pdf attached to an email, this works pretty well, BUT, it would be better if you could setup the email template (To say "...please find your quote attached..."), and specify the other document templates that you want to attach as PDF. If you had a straight forwards MS Word quote you could then send this as a PDF attached to your email really, really quickly and be even more awesome.
