With the new sales ledger creation feature, because creating sales ledgers may not always be the responsibility of all CRM users or at least they may not have the full authority to do so, it would be useful if we had an option in the Settings which allows customers to say if they want certain users to be the ones who approves new sales ledgers that are created before they get confirmed into the accounting system.
They could therefore be put in some kind of 'pending approval' status which means the relevant administrator(s) needs to approve the new sales ledger that has been created in the CRM and it is only after this approval being given that it creates the sales ledger in the accounting system.
