Add ability to edit Document Description when using Save to CRM

It has been highlighted that the Prospect 365 version of Save to CRM doesn't give the option to rename the Description of the Document that is created so it defaults to the subject of the email - if you're saving a few emails from the same thread but want to amend the Document Description for each one to make it more relevant, you'd currently have to save the email and then go to that record and rename it.

It would be much easier to have the ability to rename it within Save to CRM itself
