It would be useful to have a reply and reply all button on emails.  Populate the subject with "Re:" prefix, maybe populate the content from the new htmlcontent field.

Reply to emails's within the CRM; in an email chain format

Ability to reply from the CRM in order to have the chain of emails within prospect. This would be beneficial for quoting at you would be able to reply to the same email chain with new templates without the need to send additional emails from scratch.
