A customer would like to create a report which includes contact info, recall date, last update & sales YTD. I managed to include all the required fields but the Sales YTD. Therefore, I have logged an idea to make YTD information available from a contact entity.
I think you need to dig a little more into why they want this. There is no logical way to gather this information. It sounds a bit like they want a calling list based on Sales YTD which would be a very different implementation and requirement.
