We have a customer would like to be able to link from division to document using the report builder. I have tested this using contact, lead and problem records also, but it seems like you are unable to go top-down in the database hierarchy using the report builder. You do seem to be able to go from document to those records, but it will only work if there is a document to go off. In this instance there would be no way to see those records without documents on them.
This would be extremely helpful, as I could then use the report to see who has done a monthly report/created a document (or not done so) for each of their customers.
