I think the report builder should be enhanced to allow for reports that deal with the contact records to be able to be added to email marketing campaigns. We have had an example of someone doing a report using the report builder to allow for customers who have bought a product starting on the quote level. The report itself works, but there is no option to add it to a campaign activity resulting the the customer having to go to each contact returned by the report and adding them one by one.
I had training with a customer this morning who wanted to create a Report based on when they were last invoiced so they could send out an e-shot through CommuniGator with a link to a survey. It is not possible for them to do this as you have to start with Contact when building your Report. Please can this be considered for adding to the product roadmap for all email marketing customers, or an alternative option suggested as a workaround.
