A customer would find it useful to be able to set a default guttometer value for each stage within the sales pipeline. For example a lead status of pushing to close may have a higher guttometer value than qualified. This would avoid the user having to manually update the guttometer as it moves through the sales process.
When managing the Opportunity Statuses via the system settings, you can now set a Guttometer value for that status. When a user then updates an opportunity to that status, the Guttometer value will also then be automatically updated.
