"Enhanced" Google tag manager ecommerce support

I think we may already support standard ecommerce but not Enhanced ecommerce with tag manager

Google tag manager has "enhanced" features for ecommerce where it can track baskets being created, checked out and abandoned. This seems pretty easy to support if we just output the right content from our plugin with details of the products, basket id , etc

Probably relatively low effort. For a good bit of "hygene"
