We recommend using SharePoint to store these documents and adding a document link in the CRM to relate them. SharePoint has a vast array of permissions to suit businesses of all sizes.
This makes the database usable for HR purposes as data can be securely held. Whilst sharing is always necessary, we must have the capability to hold some data securely.
