CRM User Groups

Being able to categorise your CRM users into departments/groups ie 'sales' 'support'. This means that you can get a recall for a group of employees rather than just one user. An example of this would be for problems, when a customer calls up the recall can be set for the customer services department who will then be able to pick this up and then it can worked on by anyone in that department or be allocated to the best person to work on this problem
