It would be useful if you were able to copy documents from another lead/quote/problem from another customer. This is useful for things like drawings that are stored from previous entries and the customer is reordering that item.
Yes this would be very useful. Especially if documents stored against previous quotes become relevant to new ones you are working on. It would save having to download from the previous quote and re-upload to the new quote.
