Internal Order notification email

We come across several potential customers who currently use the Sales Team as order processors - ie: once an order arrives, they then process it into a delivery note & perhaps invoice. The problem is, that if they are taking orders by phone, it is difficult currently to persuade them to put orders through Prospect CRM, as they have to immediately log into the accounts / Inventory system, find the order & process it - so it's way quicker & easier to just put the order straight into the Accounts / Inventory system.

Our advice for customers is to make the process way more efficient, so that the sales staff don't need a login to the Accounts / Inventory system & simply have a process of one admin persons job to process all the orders. The usual problem that we have with this process improvement is the immediate question of 'How would the admin person know that a new order has arrived?' and the answer is currently - err get them to check every so often? - clearly not very ideal.

So, what is required, is a separate notification for internal use that an order has been processed - allowing an email template to be configured with merge fields like: Customer, Sales Ledger Code, Date, Time confirmed, Accounts / Inventory Order Number etc.
