A customer would like the ability to click next on a contact record to view the next contact record under the division rather than having to close the record & navigate back to the division record to open the next contact record. This would be useful at all levels of the hierarchy, e.g. next button at lead & problem level as well.
The CRM has been updated to include Next & Previous buttons to allow users to quickly navigate through a long list of records. We will be rolling this out to customers over the next few weeks.
