Setting to remove HTML fromat from activity notes

HTML which brings across images, colour, font's etc. are not always needed. To get round this you can paste as plain text. Some customers only paste as plain text and have to do this every time they paste a note. I think we need to have a setting to ignore all HTML and paste as plain text all the time.
