Report Builder - ability to share a Report with just one or two users Merged

This is something I discussed with Ben at Iconnet (who do the Marketing for Metalock). 

Think it would be useful for users to be able to share a Report with just 1/2/3 (or more) users. At the moment, you can either have it Private or share it with everyone. Might be useful e.g. if a Marketing team would like to share a Report they've done with the other 2 Marketing team members only as it would really only benefit them and their work.
