Some of our customers have lots of historic data & have marked these historic customers as Site Closed within the company type rather than deleting. The reason why they'd prefer not to delete these records is because they sometimes have customers returning after 5-10 years & want to keep their company record active. Therefore, it would be good to have a system option to exclude dormant records or particular company types from the main global search.
