At the moment, if a sales ledger is created in Prospect CRM it is only created in Exchequer once an order has been placed on the account to avoid creating ledgers in Exchequer that may never buy. In certain circumstances (service repairs) a ledger will be required in Exchequer without an order being placed. Would it be possible to provide a system option to allow sales ledgers to be created via automation manager schedules, without an order being placed?
Sales ledgers are created via the accounts import "Sales Ledgers" item as well as order confirmations. It is Product Items that only get created via the order confirmation process.
