When using Multi Line Order Entry where the products you're adding have pack sizes set in Prospect you have to use the toggle to select 'New Pack' and then when you press Add or Add and Close you get presented with a new window where you set the Quantity.
Unsure what the best flow for this should be but this currently isn't very user friendly and is stopping users from using the Multi Line Order Entry for packed products
