Customers sometimes find that after their customer has placed an order, they may then call up asking to change the delivery address for that order. This can't be done in the CRM after order confirmation so users have to go into the accounts system to do this.
It would therefore be useful to have a way to amend the delivery address in the CRM after order confirmation which pushes through to the accounts system onto the original order.
This has specifically been asked by an Exchequer customer but I imagine this would be useful for all accounts systems.
