Following a conversation with the customer, it was suggested that it would useful to have a notification when opening the CRM for the first time during a day which displays if the imports have run or not. It should only display for admin users or certain selected users. This feature would be useful because it should reduce the number of times customers imports don't run for a long amount of time without them noticing.
This information is available in the CRM for hosted accounts/ERP systems such as Xero and Unleashed. It is unlikely that we will add this for on premise accounts/ERP systems.
Integrations to hosted accounts/ERP systems are centrally managed and monitored by ProspectSoft avoiding the need for customer monitoring/alerting.
