This is similar to an old idea previously logged by Paul B (https://prospect365-ideas.ideas.aha.io/ideas/INTERNAL-I-12). I think being able to type a telephone number into the CRM search to find a contact would be extremely useful for us as well as Customers.
This is because it is much easier to hear numbers down a telephone line rather than a name because names can often by misheard/misspelt and many names have multiple spellings. However, with a telephone number, it is unique and would always take you to the correct record within the CRM.
