Default quote grouping format settings

If a customer is going to be using the grouping feature on every quote it would be nice to have a default group format such as 'new table' and 'show prices'.

This could be something that you set in the settings for the format you want to display. The maybe an option to 'Enable' so this is always selected when making quote groups. When creating a group we could have a slider at the top of the Output Format Settings saying 'use defaults' which is toggled on.

This means customers don't need to manually format every quote group that they create.

Or, we could just remember the last set of options a user set, and default any new groups to the same settings
