Add Checklists to CRM Records such as Leads

A customer would find it useful to add checklists to certain CRM records such as Leads. At the different stages of the lead pipeline process a different checklist will be made available. The checklist would have a series of Completed/Not completed Flags & a summary of total checks completed within the checklist- you should be able to report on this i.e. how many uncompleted checklists are there.
