An option in activity notes to have template text either in the form of a dropdown or an add button like the screenshot attached. In house I can already think of many uses for Support, account management and sales.
In support it would be nice to have a ticket logging template like so:

Having something like this makes life a bit easier for logging information as well as making this information quite obvious. This would also help to create a bit more consistency with in departments like support. Hopefully making ticket solving a bit faster and more efficient at this template should contain all the information needed to pick up a ticket. Same for leads etc. This feature could be used in a whole host of ways both in house and for customers.
