A couple of our customers have mentioned it would be useful to have a Kanban style board like Trello, to display opportunities within the CRM in their various pipelines & statuses.
Hi - thanks for the feedback. We definitely could do this, clearly the structure for Problem pipelines is very similar to Opportunities, but we know that customers generally use Opportunities much more than Problems, and so the requirement/popularity was more apparent.
In fact, I can see there is already an idea on the portal for just that: https://prospect365-ideas.ideas.aha.io/ideas/SPA-I-2843 which you've also commented on but that has zero votes! I assume you've used your votes on other features. You actually get your votes back if something you voted on gets shipped, but you can also remove votes from other ideas to put them on this one. Obviously if it gets more votes or requests we'll look again, but at the moment it's sitting behind some other big UX updates like Tasks, Events and Calendar views which we're working on at the moment, so I can't give you any specific updates at this stage.
