I have been running an import from Xero and checking the status using the welcome page. The current status is "Importing: CRM Records" which doesn't tell me anything. They are all CRM records?
If this is the missing customers import can we make that more obvious with an explanation to customers what is actually happening?
CRM Records relates to information being generated that will only be stored in the CRM (e.g. missing customers etc.), rather than accounts data that is then sync'd.
The welcome page and the free trial sign-up pages now show a lot more detail on the status of the initial import - telling you what section it is on and how many records have been processed.
