Unleashed Order Satus Option when creating new orders in Unleashed

When we pass orders from the CRM to Unleahed we place the order into the status of 'Parked'. We should have a system option for Unleashed customers so the CRM is able to place orders in the status or 'Completed' so the users has less admin within Unleashed
