Vantage house recently tried to bulk import a lot of product items. This import got stuck and only displayed "Processing ProductItems file in progress, the current status is Processing file rows 1500 to 1600". I spoke with development and we couldn't find what the issue was. However, the customer happened to press the on-page refresh button which returned the attached image and explained what the issue was.
Perhaps there should be an indication to press this refresh button for if the import does crash, or even some text explaining which columns are compulsory for each type of import. Because there is no indication of what causes this issue until the refresh button is pressed.
