Saving reports is just wrong/buggy - this is the minimal fix

1. Remove the "My reports/Shared reports" code and just change this last report group (bottom menu option) to have no flyout and be just a "More Reports" group that works just like the other groups (people and places, sales, etc)

... this should have fixed the main problem, but just make sure the groups now all work the same way .... ie that choosing "make public/make private" does NOT move the report between groups but just leaves it exactly where it is, but makes the report available or not to others..

2. In the Save, and Save As window, let the user select the group to save into.

3. Do something in the UI to identify that a report is public/private

4. Do something in the UI to identify when you have saved a customised version of the public report

5. Menu option to rename a report

6. if its easy, change the report group URL to include the actual report page (like all the detail pages do) - so that i can easily copy the url and send it to someone to share that report in an email.
