Using Custom Delivery Charge Endpoint auto-set no delivery if you have the option for collection / no delivery

If you have the option selected to allow no delivery / collection - the quote has this value defaulted so you have to untick to calculate delivery charges.

This option makes the custom delivery charges very annoying to use and each time you need to opt out until the occassion comes you want collection or no delivery charge.
