Make quote/lead status link to record in reports

User are finding some reports that are standard (and that they are creating) un-intuitive. They find they are mistakenly clicking on the division to open the quote/lead record as the division name is typically in the most natural place to do this. To improve this make the quote/lead status a clickable link through to the record.
