Only able to filter product item ID in a report by 'Is in' and 'Is Not In'

In V7 web report builder I noticed that when trying to filter a report by product item ID, you can only filter by is in or is not in. I think it would be beneficially if we could add filters similar to other columns such as 'Contains' and 'Starts with' For example I was trying to filter the report for product item ID's that start with 66 but was unable too.
